Mourning the Loss of Gary Goldfarb, MD
Our beloved pediatrician, Dr. Gary Goldfarb, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 4, 2011. Dr. Goldfarb had practiced medicine for 30 years, and was a valued member of Winchester Physician Associates and the Winchester Hospital Medical Staff. He adored his patients, loved his profession and enjoyed practicing medicine in Burlington MA.
This is a difficult time for everyone but we know Dr. Goldfarb would want the focus to be on you/your child's health. We are committed to helping our patients transition their care to a new pediatrician or family medicine physician. We will work with you to transition your care and your medical records as quickly and as seemlessly as possible.
If your insurance requires you to select a primary care physician(PCP), you must contact your insurance company when you select a new physician for you/your childto ensure coverage for any services from your new PCP.
